Sedona, Arizona Terms & Agreements

We want everyone to enjoy and have a safe, stressful-free trip. So here are a few “rules” you must abide by and follow in order to book.

  • The age requirement for this trip is 18+

  • You are responsible for booking a flight and having your gov ID

  • You must have a negative covid test or be fully vaccinated

  • You will be held responsible and will have to pay for any damages done to the Airbnb home or any property of the activities we do (closer to the date, we will place a security deposit hold on your credit card to protect you if anyone else who wasn’t you creates any damage. Closer to the date we will announce the process)

  • Be sure you follow all the Airbnb rules and you’re respectful.

  • You are responsible for your own safety and actions. TravelBFF cannot be liable for any accidents you may have. Trip insurance will be available for any emergencies at your own disposal.

  • If you consume ANY alcoholic beverages, drink responsibly as you are responsible for consumption and your actions. (please don’t make any other member “babysit you”.)

  • We are all coming for nothing but a good time and to make new connections, so come with an open mind (no negativity, no drama, no harassment, no theft, etc.)

  • Any serious problems you are causing may result in removal from this trip without a refund, including in the chat and during the trip, (such as threats, physical abuse, physical damage to property, stealing, hate speech, etc). Local authorities will be contacted if necessary.

  • No refunds, you can only transfer your booking to another member. That member will pay you through a bank transfer with the approval of the admin. While we can help you, it is your responsibility to find a replacement.

  • You are responsible for making payments on time. If you fail to do so, you may run the risk of losing your spot and/or deposit.

  • Remember that you are booking a trip during covid, and there may be unexpected government orders. You can purchase trip insurance to protect your purchase for both our TravelBFF package and your flight

  • Lastly, come with an open mind and an open heart ready to have fun. We can’t wait to meet you!
