Iceland Trip, Rules & Agreements

We want everyone to enjoy and have a safe, stressful-free trip. Here are our deposit and booking agreements.

• Age requirement for this trip is 18+

• While we are more than happy to assist, you are responsible for booking a flight and having a valid passport for entry into Iceland

• Bring a credit card incase our hotels require it for check -in. Travel credit cards are encouraged

• Be kind & respectful to the locals, workers, tour guides, and the rest of the group

• Be sure you follow all the hotel rules and maintain respectful. You are responsible for any room charges or damages as well as to the activities we do

• Trip insurance for this specific trip is mandatory as we’ll be doing various outdoorsy activities

• While we do our best to keep everyone safe, you are responsible for your safety and actions. TravelBFF is not liable for any accidents you may have. Your travel insurance will have you covered in the case of any medical emergencies

• If you consume alcoholic beverages please drink responsibly as you are responsible for consumption and your actions

• We are all coming for a fun time and to make new connections, so please come with an open heart and mind to meet each other and experiences (no negativity, drama, harassment, theft, etc.)

• Any serious problems you are causing may result in removal from this trip without a refund, including during the group chat and during the trip (ex: such threats, physical abuse, physical damage to property, stealing, hate speech, etc). Local authorities will be contacted if necessary

• No refunds, you can only transfer your booking to another member. That member will pay you through a bank transfer with the approval of the host. While we can help you, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. It's encouraged to purchase additional trip insurance to protect your purchase

• Failure to pay the complete trip total before the due date will result in removal of the group trip without a refund

• There is a mandatory zoom meeting with your camera on. Please stay alert on the group chat for any important announcement
