Escape and join our Girls trip in Dubai! Luxury pure, private yacht, desert safari, dinners, shopping, party and the TravelBFF community of like minded travel women are waiting for you!
This trip is for you if:
You are looking forward to meeting a diverse group of people showing kindness and respect to each other.
You are familiar with what our TravelBFF community is & our group trips (don’t invite others to book who aren’t familiar with TravelBFF please).

We made the itinerary so you can have the freedom to plan for more actives in between days or simply relax and enjoy our luxury hotel. With so many things to do in Dubai, you’ll be able to coordinate with the rest of the girls in our groupchat. Such as sky diving, dinner in the sky, aquarium, dinners, parties, and more.

Day 1
Arrivals/Check-In
The earlier you arrive, the more you can enjoy!! Although it’s understandable that many flight arrive at night time in Dubai. We will have two airport pick-ups scheduled. We’ll settle into our luxury five star hotel.
For the girls arriving early through the day or the night before, we can plan for a dinner night out on Day 1.
(On most trips many girls coordinate to arrive a day earlier to combat the jet lag and have more time to enjoy Day 1).
Day 2
Burj Khalifa
It’s time to visit the tallest building in the world. Transportation is included and we’ll be going up the Burj Khalifa to enjoy the views.
From there, it’s up to us to explore around, do other activities, or go to the hotel’s pool side to relax and enjoy the views.
Day 3
Desert Activities
It’s time to get active and head to the dunes! We’ll have ATVs and try out Sand Boarding. You’ll have tons of photo opportunities.
After that, we will then head to the camp to feed the camels, and have a Falcon experience. We’ll also be able to get Henna painting and enjoy shisha.
We’ll enjoy our desert dinner with live performances that will include a BBQ buffet with vegetarian options too.
Day 4
Abu Dhabi Day Tour
We’ll get transported in the morning to Abu Dhabi and spend the entire day exploring. We’ll visit the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Mosque, along with other places such as Emirates Palace, Heritage Village, and Marina Mall.
Day 5
Private Yacht - Dubai Marina
On our last full day in Dubai, we’ll enjoy by cruising around in a private yacht, enjoying the Dubai skyline. We’ll be able to bring food and drinks to enjoy our last day together.
Day 6
Airport Drop-off
All good things must come to an end. It’s time to head back home. There will be two airport drop-offs arranged.

SLS Dubai Hotel- $1,585 trip total
Located in downtown Dubai
This hotel holds Guinness World Records as the highest overflow pool in the world, on the 75th floor.
2 restaurants, 3 bar/lounges, one coffee shop, pool side bar
Week Two Hotel
April 27 - May 2
FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai - $1,885 trip total
Includes a private beach located at the trunk of the iconic Palm Jumeriah. Aside from its private beach, it has 6 swimming pools.
3 restaurants, 3 coffee shops, 2 poolside bars and 6 bars/lounges. Spa services.
Important things to know before booking

Refund policy and Travel Insurance
This trip is NON-refundable. You may transfer it to another member to receive your money back from that person.
Please only purchase this trip if you are 100% sure you can come and you have checked flights. Unexpected life courses are understandable.
How replacements work:
You are responsible for finding a replacement. You may post the details on our TravelBFF Facebook group. Once found and they’re 100% ready to pay, contact the trip host for approval. Your replacement will pay you through a bank transfer such as Zelle.
Travel insurance protects your purchase and sometimes flights. Travel insurance is always recommended as well as medical coverage as TravelBFF is not liable for any incidents. When booking you agree to those terms.

Dubai Entry Requirement
US passport holders:
PASSPORT VALIDITY: 6 months validity after date of arrival. 12-page U.S. emergency passport often not accepted for entry in Dubai.
BLANK PASSPORT PAGES: One page required for entry stamp
TOURIST VISA REQUIRED: A U.S. citizen with a regular passport may obtain a no fee visitor visa upon arrival.

CURRENCY RESTRICTIONS FOR ENTRY: None

Are our trips a good fit for you?
We create trips for different type of travelers. Booking travel packages or traveling with strangers with a host is not always for everyone.
The previous trips you've seen may not be a reflection of the next trip. Some are catered towards parting, or outdoors, or luxury, or budget, or culture, or a mixture of everything. That's why it's important to FULLY read the itinerary, hotel reviews, inclusions, and exclusions before booking.
It's also important to book knowing that you're a person who can maintain respectful/cheerful towards the group, locals, workers, and hosts.
The people who book are a huge part of the experience for everyone, so it's important that you self analyze that this is something you think you're a good fit for & you'll enjoy.
Please don't bring plus ones unless they are also fully informed on what TravelBFF is and the itinerary.

We are all here for a pleasant experience and to enjoy our vacation. Come with an open mind, ready to meet a diverse group of people with different personalities. Be respectful to everyone and be inclusive. Anyone causing disruption, drama, harassment, fights, damage, theft, or anything else illegal will be removed from this trip at any time without a refund. This includes the group chat. Authorities will be contacted if necessary.
We all look out for one another and we do our best to keep everyone safe, but ultimately you are responsible for yourself. Please maintain self aware, take safety precautions, and don’t over consume alcohol or any other substances.

The booking page will ask for your instagram account, a clear picture of you holding your passport, and confirmation that you’ve read all of the info on this page.
You must agree to the requirements and then it will take you to the payment page.

Payment Plan/Due Dates
PAYMENT PLAN:
Payment plans are done through Klarna. You can do 4 installments interest-free with 0 impact to your credit score when payments are on time. They also have options to do a longer monthly payment plan, but that option depends on your credit.
All you have to do is download the app, register and then paste the travelbff payment link on the app. You can read the full information through their website.
PAYMENT DUE DATES:
When you book 50% of trip total will be due. You can do a payment plan on that. (you’ll pay Klarna even two weeks for 4 installments)
The remaining 50% for the trip is due March 10th 2023. You may also start a payment plan on that payment. (Again, you’ll pay Klarna even two weeks for 4 installments)
You are responsible for paying March 10th, whether it’s the full credit card payment or starting a payment plan via Klarna March 10th. Failure to do so will get you removed from the trip without a refund of your initial deposit.

Once Confirmed
Once payment has been successful, you will receive a email confirming your purchase right away (check spam folder).
Within 4 days your hosts will send you a email with the link to the group chat and other important info. Join the group chat as soon as you get it and stay tuned for important info. We will also have at least 1 mandatory zoom meeting with camera on.

Before the Trip
You will have the chance to interact with everyone else going via the group chat and get prepared and excited together. We will also have a mandatory zoom meeting. The host will also provide you with info such as:

Our Safety Measures When It Comes To “Traveling with Strangers”
When booking, we require all of the information to match. This includes having a valid passport and taking a CLEAR picture of you holding it right next to your face. The card used for purchase must also be yours. Through this we verify that each person booking and making the payment is who they say they are. Additionally we require at least one zoom call with your camera on. We are alert of any suspicious behavior from the point you book, the group chat, and through the trip.
We want everyone to be safe, so please be responsible for your actions during the trip. This includes wandering off from the group, meeting up with other strangers, and taking alcohol or substances. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance, especially because some will do outdoor activities, as we are not liable. We also encourage everyone to stay alert and not get “too intoxicated” and have a buddy system with your roommates. We provide as much help as we can and look out for each other, but essentially you have to be on the lookout and responsible for yourself as well. Our goal with our trips is to simply provide those who like to travel, a fun experience with new people to meet. It is perfect for those who aren’t afraid to travel solo.
