Estimated Times:
(subject to change after everyone submits flight info):
Thursday 2/9 - 4pm
Friday 2/10 - 12pm & 3pm
Monday transfer departure from cabin 2/13 5am & 9 am
Airport to cabin is less than a 2-hour drive, but we are calculating for 3 hours in case of traffic or any stops.
Day 1 - 2/9
Settle In
You have the option to arrive this day or early Friday. You can use this day to settle in, relax, or use it as you please.
This day your hosts will be grocery shopping for the cabin decorating for Friday’s party, and prepping the cabin for the weekend.
Disclaimer: Our original dates for this trip were 2/10-2/13, but minimum weekend rental for most of suitable cabins for our group were 4 nights. For cabins that allowed 3 nights, prices were about the same. Therefore we are providing airport transfers Thursday and Friday, and the total price is the same. Especially to accommodate those who can’t get as many days off from work.
Day 2 - 2/10
Galentines Party
Now that everyone has arrived, we’ll be meeting each other with fun games. The goal is to start the activities before 7pm, so please find an early flight.
We’ll also have our Galentine’s party where the cabin will be decorated. Your hosts will set up a photo station and have their cameras ready to take pictures.
It’ll be up to the group if we want to have a theme for our party.
We will assign people into groups, where each group will prep a different v-day themed cocktail/mockatails.
We will also decide on a meal to enjoy as a group.
Day 3 - 2/11
Optional Snow Activities
We will decide as a group the activities we want to do, but here’s an idea:
To ski/snowboard we are close to two resorts, which is Granby Ranch (half the price) or Winter Park.
In winter park there is also the snow mobiles activity as well as snow tubbing.
Since those activities won’t take all day, we can choose to go to Hot Sulphur Springs this day or the next.
Day 4
Trip to Breckenridge - ~2hr drive
To explore a bit more, we’ll be visiting Breckenridge, a winter wonderland village. We’ll be able to shop around, eat, drink, party or enjoy more activities like the slopes or dog sledding.
As mentioned, if other activities are in our group’s interest we can discuss them on our group chat.
Day 5
Departures to Denver Airport
Estimated times are at the beginning of the itinerary.

Are our trips a good fit for you?
We create trips for different type of travelers. Booking travel packages or traveling with strangers with a host is not always for everyone.
The previous trips you've seen may not be a reflection of the next trip. Some are catered towards parting, or outdoors, or luxury, or budget, or culture, or a mixture of everything. That's why it's important to FULLY read the itinerary, hotel reviews, inclusions, and exclusions, on our website before booking.
It's also important to book knowing that you're a person who can maintain respectful/cheerful towards the group, locals, and hosts.
The people who book are a huge part of the experience for everyone, so it's important that you self analyze that this is something you think you're a good fit for & you'll enjoy.
Please don't bring plus ones unless they are also fully informed on what TravelBFF is and itinerary

Our Safety Measures When It Comes To “Traveling with Strangers”
When booking, we require all of the information to match. This includes having a valid ID and taking a CLEAR picture of you holding it right next to your face. The card used for purchase must also be yours. Through this we verify that each person booking and making the payment is who they say they are. Additionally we require at least one zoom call with your camera on. We are alert of any suspicious behavior from the point you book, the group chat, and through the trip. Address/link to cabin we’ll be staying in will not be shared to the public, and will only be shared to the confirmed members a few days before.
We want everyone to be safe, so please be responsible for your actions during the trip. This includes wandering off from the group, meeting up with other strangers, and taking alcohol or substances. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance, especially because some will do outdoor activities, as we are not liable. We also encourage everyone to stay alert and not get “too intoxicated” and have a buddy system with your roommates. We provide as much help as we can and look out for each other, but essentially you have to be on the lookout and responsible for yourself as well. Our goal with our trips is to simply provide those who like to travel, a fun experience with new people to meet. It is perfect for those who aren’t afraid to travel solo.
