Costa Rica Trip, Rules & Agreements

We want everyone to enjoy and have a safe, stressful-free trip. So here are a few “rules” you must abide to and follow in order to book.

• Age requirement for this trip is 18+

• Your passport must not expire before November 2022 to enter Colombia and you must have a blank page for stamp

• You must be fully vaccinated, bring your vaccine card and make sure it matches your Identifications

• Bring a credit card incase the hostel needs it for you to check into your room as a security deposit

• You will be held responsible and will have to pay for any damages done to the hostel or any property of the activities we do

• Be sure you follow all the hostel rules and you're respectful

• Medical trip insurance for this trip encouraged

• We prioritize safety on these trips and look out for one another, but ultimately you are responsible for your actions and safety. TravelBFF is not liable for any accidents you may have. The trip insurance will have you covered

• If you consume alcoholic beverages or take substances, drink responsibly as you are responsible for consumption and your actions (please don't make other members "babysit you")

• We are all coming for nothing but a good time and to make new connections, so come with an open mind (no negativity, no drama, no harassment, no theft, etc.)

  • Please do not bring plus ones unless they are familiar with what TravelBFF is and know the full itinerary.

• Any serious problems you are causing may result in removal from this trip without a refund, including in the chat and during the trip, (such as threats, physical abuse, physical damage to property, stealing, hate speech, etc). Local authorities will be contacted if necessary

• No refunds, you can only transfer your booking to another member. That member will pay you through a bank transfer with the approval of the host. While we can help you, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. It's encouraged to purchase additional trip insurance to protect your purchase. Deposits are non refundable and you may only transfer your spot if you have payed the full trip total before the due date.
