Traveling for a weekend with over 40 strangers at an all inclusive resort destination has become one of TravelBFF's favorites.
It's an exhilarating experience where you have the opportunity to meet people from all over through fun activities, forging connections that 9/10 times blossom into future travel friends.

Itinerary:
Airport pick-up: Cabo International Airport
You will be asked for your date and time arrival and departure prior to trip.
Extending your stay? After you have booked, please contact your host before given due date to extend your stay. It is common for others in the group to extend.
Hotel: Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos. Junior Suite, two beds. Shared room with another person.

Day 1 - 7/14
Welcome Cocktail Reception and Welcome Dinner
You’ve finally landed and we hope you rested as much on your flight, because we are wasting no time while on vacation.
You’ll be transported to our resort where you’ll be welcomed with your first drink and checked into your room.
*Be sure to arrive as early as possible (before 1pm is reccomended.) Check-in starts at 3pm, but you can start enjoying the hotel’s amenities before that.
Private cocktail/mocktails reception and private dinner: Get ready for our cocktail reception where we will meet and socialize with each other for the first time. This will be a themed outfit event.
Once we’ve had time to mingle, we'll move onto our private group dinner at our resort.
After drinks and dinner we’ll feel like we’ve known each other for years and some of us may be ready to take the night to Cabo’s famous nightlife or call it a night.
Either option is great and luckily our resort is a short distance from Cabo’s nightlife strip.
Day 2 - 7/15
Private Boat Tour
You may need the morning to recover from the night before or simply take the time to enjoy the resort’s amenities or step outside of the resort to explore. Regardless our Boat tour isn’t until 1pm.
We’ll be transported to our 51ft Catamaran in a private bus. We’ll sail to see the Cabo arch, go snorkeling, and even do sea scooters!! We’ll enjoy a lunch and open bar after the water activities.
Be sure to bring your favorite playlists as we’ll dance and party the day away.
We should be back to the resort around 8pm. And again, the night is free to enjoy as you and/or the group prefer.
Day 3 - 7/16
Group Activity/Optional Activities
Group activity: Fun Mexican cooking class that is included and optional (exact day and time will be confirmed)
Sunday is your day. You can choose to enjoy all of the hotel’s all inclusive amenities, go to the spa with our special 15% discount, or go explore Cabo.
There are many activities such as camel ridding, ATVs, tequila tasting, ziplining adventures, and many more.
Day 4 - 7/17
Airport Drop-off
After an unforgettable weekend, you’ll be transported to the airport to catch your flight. Incase you extended your days at the resort, you will still have transportation. Don’t forget to add everyone on social media to stay in touch!!
Even after check-out you’ll still be able to enjoy the hotel’s amenities.

Refund policy and Travel Insurance
This trip is NON-refundable. But, you may transfer it to another member to receive your money back.
Please only purchase this trip if you are 100% sure you can come and you have checked flights. Unexpected life courses are understandable.
*please note that this trip includes gifts specific to the original purchaser.
How replacements work:
***Replacements have a fee of $50 use due to hotel’s policy of name change
You are responsible for finding a replacement. You may post the details on our TravelBFF Facebook group. Once found and 100% ready to pay, contact the trip host for approval. Your replacement will pay you through a bank transfer such as Zelle.
Also, travel insurance protects your purchase and sometimes flights. Travel insurance is always recommended.

We are all here for a pleasant experience and to enjoy our vacation. Come with an open mind, ready to meet a diverse group of people with different personalities. Be respectful to everyone and be inclusive. Anyone causing disruption, drama, harassment, fights, damage, theft, or anything else illegal will be removed from this trip at any time without a refund. This includes the group chat. Authorities will be contacted if necessary.

Are our trips a good fit for you?
We create trips for different type of travelers. Booking travel packages or traveling with strangers with a host is not always for everyone.
The previous trips you've seen may not be a reflection of the next trip. Some are catered towards parting, or outdoors, or luxury, or budget, or culture, or a mixture of everything. That's why it's important to FULLY read the itinerary, hotel reviews, inclusions, and exclusions, on our website before booking.
It's also important to book knowing that you're a person who can maintain respectful/cheerful towards the group, locals, and hosts.
The people who book are a huge part of the experience for everyone, so it's important that you self analyze that this is something you think you're a good fit for & you'll enjoy.

Booking opens Friday June 2nd 8:30pm Eastern Time
*prelaunch booking opens Sunday May28th 8:30PM EST via email sent to you if you signed up.
The booking page will ask for your Instagram account, a clear picture of you holding a valid ID, and food restrictions
You must agree to the requirements and then it will take you to the payment page.

Payment Plan Options
Payment plans are done through Klarna. You can do 4 installments every two weeks interest-free with 0 impact to your credit score when payments are on time. They also have options to do a longer monthly payment plan, but that option depends on your credit.
All you have to do is download the app, register and then paste the payment link on the app. You can read the full information through their website.

Once Confirmed
Once payment has been successful, you will receive a email confirming your purchase right away (check spam folder).
Within 3-4 days after general booking, your hosts will send you a email with the link to the group chat and other important info. Join the group chat as soon as you get it and stay tuned for important info. We will also have at least 1 zoom meeting.

Before the Trip
You will have the chance to interact with everyone else going on the group chat and get prepared and excited together. We will also have a mandatory zoom meeting. The host will also provide you with info such as:

Our Safety Measures When It Comes To “Traveling with Strangers”
When booking, we require all of the information to match. This includes having a valid ID and taking a CLEAR picture of you holding it right next to your face. The card used for purchase must also be yours. Through this we verify that each person booking and making the payment is who they say they are. Additionally we require at least one zoom call with your camera on. We are alert of any suspicious behavior from the point you book, the group chat, and through the trip.
We want everyone to be safe, so please be responsible for your actions during the trip. This includes wandering off from the group, meeting up with other strangers, and taking alcohol or substances. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance, especially because some will do outdoor activities, as we are not liable.
Alcohol usage: We encourage everyone to stay alert and not get “too intoxicated” and have a buddy system with your roommates. We provide as much help as we can and look out for each other, but essentially you have to be on the lookout and responsible for yourself as well. Our goal with our trips is to simply provide those who like to travel, a fun experience with new people to meet. It is perfect for those who aren’t afraid to travel solo.
