Refunds
All booking sales are final. The only way to get your money back is by transferring it to another member (with admins approval), and that member will pay you. There is a $50 name change fee from the resort. You are responsible for the $50.
Upgrades
The guaranteed room is the Deluxe shared room. Upgrades are first come first serve.
Any upgrades are subject to hotel’s availability, and an even number of members booking for shared rooms. If the upgrade you payed for isn’t available, you will be contacted on 5/16, 5/17, or 5/18 to notify you and discuss other options and to refund any price difference.
It is your responsibility to answer when contacted to the email provided.
Pool view upgrades will be finalized on 5/16 on the Facebook event page.
Pay In Two Payments Option
You can pay in full OR you can pay in two payments. The two payment option is only available to pay through Zelle. During Check out, you will select the “Zelle option” and you will receive a confirmation, BUT it will not be valid UNTIL payments are sent, as I can cancel the order if payment hasn’t been done. You will pay 55% +$5 of the total today and 45% BEFORE May 28, 2021. Please view the image for exact amounts to pay per person.
*You are responsible for paying before the due date, otherwise you run the risk of losing your spot and/or your despot.
